Shipping

Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after they are ordered via USPS or UPS during business hours and excluding holidays. All items will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS ground shipping. Shipping price is calculated at checkout, and shipping carrier can be chosen at checkout. International/worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

SM Style Loft items are final sale. There are no refunds at this time. Exchanges will not be guaranteed as your size or item may no longer be available. If you would like to exchange for another size, please contact SM Style Loft by email submission via info@smstyleloft.com immediately upon receipt of your item and no later than 2 days of receipt of the item.

You must confirm that your item and size you need to exchange is in stock. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Merchandise that is accepted for an exchange must be in the original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains. Once the return items are received, the customer's exchange items will be shipped.
